Day 14 / Me-Made-May 2015 / Boring Basics

With cooler, more reasonable temps today, I really should be out in the garden, but am instead inside handling other household responsibilities wearing two of my boring basics that I love so much.  The Kirsten Kimono Tee, top and the Burda Skirt from the 'BurdaStyle Sewing Book' that turned into a wearable muslin.
My new leather Keds have already been a great purchase for this season.
 What does a log lying on the ground say to you?!
One is never too old to enjoy the simple things in life!
