Day 3 / Me-Made-May 2015 / Sunday

Today was FINALLY warm enough to wear my Pointillism dress along with the new cardi to church.
The church we attend is right on Main Street of our little town.  I am standing by a pretty fountain, complete with turtle statuary, in the corner of our church's parking lot.  Also known as 'Legacy Square', it is a popular gathering place for festivals and bluegrass music on the weekends.  Statuaries of different turtle species have been placed all 'round town for folks to have a fun time seeking out, as a sort of scavenger hunt.
My sweet daughter took these photos with her iphone today after Tom, my husband, had taken us all out for dinner after church to celebrate her surviving finals week at the university she attends.  Um, methinks it was truly to celebrate ALL of us surviving her finals week.  :)  This was too shady, but I liked the way it sort of framed our church's front doors from across the street.  I always feel so 'urban' as we have to park across the street and 'walk' to church.  Main Street has cobblestones in its walkways too.  So cool.
Will close with this shot I took Easter Sunday 2015.   Love steeples.
Hope all has had a pleasant Sunday, wherever you may live!

  1. I love this outfit on you! So bright and colorful against your gorgeous hair. I have cut mine to a bob right below my ears and I like it.

    1. Thank you Trish! Yes, it seemed the warm weather would never arrive, but when it did.... it arrived in a heat wave! Feels more like summertime, than spring!
