Me-Made-May 2015 has begun!

This first day of May heralds the beginning of my second year participating in the annual Me-Made-May, organized by the lovely Zoe, who blogs at 'So, Zo.... What do you know?' blog.  My pledge was pretty basic, but I also want to spend this month thoughtfully analyzing and evaluating my wardrobe, my clothing needs and most importantly.... what exactly is 'my style'!  Not sure if I will be posting here each day, but feel free to check in on Instagram and Flickr to see what's going on.  And please look in on the Me-Made-May 2015 Flickr group to see all the international participants this year.
Let Me-Made-May 2015 begin!

  1. Hi Lisa, It will be interesting to see what you decide is your style. Nice that you can make so many of your own clothes! I am not on Flicker or Instagram so can't check you out. Nancy

    1. Even if you do not have a Flickr or Instagram account, I think you might still be able to view the photos, just not comment on anything. Thank you Nancy!

  2. Two garments in one day is a great start. It can be a struggle by the end of the month but as you said, it helps define your style and underscores just what it is in the closet that you actually wear.

BTW, that mint color is lovely on you.

    1. I'm beginning to realize I did not make as many new garments last year as I thought I had, if that makes sense! Thank you Barbara!

  3. This sounds like a great goal Lisa - working out one's style, needs and lifestyle - I may be joining you in this, but I have yet to decide :).

    1. Zoe's so flexible with how she wants people to view me-made-may..... and as the time has drawn more near, I realize these are things I need to figure out.... more than simply wearing my handmade clothes. So maybe I'm looking at Me-Made-May 2015 as Me-May in general.

    2. We all need to do that from time to time.
