You can find it at any fabric store like JoAnn Fabrics, a quilting or cloth store and probably even Walmart. You could sew this by hand. Be sure to stitch the ends securely so the hand stitching doesn't come undone. To find the measurements of the mask, get the pattern, print it out and measure. You might be able to use it if you take it apart and take the plastic off the back but you would probably be better off buying a filter made for this purpose from amazon or a cut vacuum bag.
